Handmade, In-House
During garment care discussions, I always recommend clients use a particular local dry cleaner for one reason: all the cleaning is done in-house.
Why does this matter?
They have a face attached to the garment and this personal interaction removes all anonymity. They know the person the jacket belongs to as they clean it, and will be the ones delivering the results when the client comes to pick it up. As a result, I feel the quality of the job and attention to detail increases.
And it is just like that with our studio.
We not only conduct the measurement and selections process in-house, but also every aspect of a jacket’s creation. This is the case for new design development, like the Deep Cut Blazer pictured here, and also for every single client creation. The two-person team you interact with at your initial consultation and delivery appointment are the same women who will draft your patterns, conduct your fittings, cut your cloth, and sew your jacket; by hand, and with care.
We know you. And as we make, you are in our minds, inspiring us to do our very best.
